CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
Registration is now open for the 59th Annual Meeting of the Pacific Association of Pediatric Surgeons, to be held in Houston, Texas. All scientific sessions and official events will take place at the Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria, a contemporary, full-service hotel located in the heart of Houston’s premier shopping and dining district. The Royal Sonesta offers elegant guest rooms, exceptional amenities, and convenient access to the Texas Medical Center and the city’s many cultural attractions.

Important Information for International Attendees
We warmly welcome our international colleagues to Houston. Attendees requiring a letter of invitation to support visa applications may request one during registration. We recommend initiating travel and visa arrangements well in advance to ensure a smooth and timely process.

Key info & Policies
Attendees are encouraged to register early and reserve accommodations within the PAPS group room block to take advantage of the special conference rate. Rooms are limited and must be booked by March 15, 2025, to ensure availability at the discounted rate.
Cancelation Policy
Meeting registration cancellations received on or before March 1, 2026, will be eligible for a refund, less a modest $150 administrative fee. Cancellations received canceled AFTER March 1, 2026 will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual.
