Key info & Policies
Attendees are encouraged to register early and reserve accommodations within the PAPS group room block to take advantage of the special conference rate. Rooms are limited and must be booked by March 15, 2025, to ensure availability at the discounted rate.




Meeting registration cancellations received on or before March 1, 2026, will be eligible for a refund, less a modest $150 administrative fee. Cancellations received canceled AFTER March 1, 2026 will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual.
